Having a lovely break with the folks

I'm really enjoying my time with Mummy & Daddy who are on Half Term. I've been chatting loads and my vocabulary is growing by the day... my latest favourite word is "Da Da!"

Wow! I can crawl

Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while... I've been too busy learning new tricks like crawling (backwards at first!) and standing up.

Do you brush twice a day? I do!

Mummy got me a toothbrush today to keep my teeth in good order. I soon picked up the knack of what to do.... it's easy really!

Tired out after a big swim!

I've been a bit poorly recently... I managed to catch about three different coughs & colds on the trot! But today I'm a bit better and well enough to go to Water Babies... hooray!

I'm starting early!

Daddy said I should brush up on my knowledge of tools!

Christmas is coming real soon!

Ooh, I can't wait! Only one more sleep! I've been SO excited today!! Mummy and Daddy have let me rummage through the presents under the tree. I have no idea if the presents are for me or not, I just love the shiny wrapping paper!

Hello cheeky!

Bouncy bouncy!

Here's something new for me to learn.... how to use a bouncer! At the moment I just bob about a bit... when I've got the hang of it, I'll make a video to show off!

Feeding time at the zoo!

I'm getting a big boy now so I need a little extra in my belly. As well as good old mother's milk, I'm also on baby rice and pureed veg. This week, I've been mostly eating carrots! Can you tell?!!

There's nothing I like better than waking up at 6am (an hour early) and going downstairs for a work out on my gymn. This morning I added a new skill to my routine... a roll! Infact I did six on the trot. I hope you enjoy this one, the first ever to be captured on video! Listen out for Daddy's silly voices... he treats me like a baby!

Sunday Roast!

Lunch, Chez Rez!

Mummy, Daddy and me popped over to Auntie Sarah's new pad for a spot of Sunday lunch. Nanny Irene, Grump-pa Mike and Great-Grandad George came along too! Auntie Sarah rustled up fantastic roast chicken, roast tatties, a swede parnip coriander mash, greens and carrots with white wine & ginger... mmm! To top it off, a choice of apple tart or apple pie for pud (cooked in advance by Grump-pa Mike!) I opted to just have a sleep!

Two birthday parties in two days!

Happy Birthday to my Uncle Harry, who is now a teenager... wow!

...& a belated Happy 1st Birthday to Manon who's party I attended today! Festivities in the UK were put on hold until now as she spent the summer with her mummy and daddy sunning it up in the south of France... nice! Well, somewhere near there anyway!

My first swim!

I had my first swim today at the local pool with Mummy and Daddy, it was a bit cold to start with but I soon got the hang of it. I did a bit of crawl but spent most of my time perfecting my backstroke!

Bank Holiday Bonanza

Friends of the Family Hadley came down to stay for the Bank Holiday weekend. Although avid followers of this blog from the start, it was the first chance for Ben, Ray & Luke to see me in person!

I can't wait to grow into my rad gifts!

I had my first Regatta in Dartmouth...

...and made sure I went home for a sleep before the party started!

We met up at the Double Locks for a spot of lunch....

...and Daddy, Ben, Ray, Luke and Uncle Harry tried to catch their own!

Mummy, Daddy and me all agree we had a great time and just want to say... we miss you guys!
